What is eServices
The Ontario eServices Program delivers digital services that support clinical workflows and facilitate smoother transitions in care and an improved patient experience. eConsult and eReferral are two digital health tools available to you as part of the Ontario eServices Program.
East region eReferral deployment team
The East Region eReferral deployment team in Ontario is part of the Ontario eServices Program. This team supports the implementation and adoption of electronic referrals (eReferrals) in Eastern Ontario. They work closely with system and community partners to develop an integrated eReferral strategy that connects healthcare providers to specialists and services, improving communication between providers and patients
East region eConsult deployment team
The East Region eConsult deployment team, managed by the Southeastern Ontario Academic Medical Organization (SEAMO), supports the implementation and adoption of eConsult services in Eastern Ontario. This team works to connect healthcare providers with specialists through a secure web-based tool, facilitating timely access to specialist advice and improving care coordination
HRM

What is HRM
HRM® is a digital health solution that enables clinicians to securely receive patient reports electronically from participating hospitals and specialty clinics.

HRM electronically delivers Medical Record reports, (e.g. Discharge Summaries), and narrative Diagnostic Imaging (excluding images) reports from sending facilities directly into patients' chart, within the clinician's EMR.
Who can access HRM
Community-based physicians and nurse practitioners can connect to receive reports through HRM.
OLIS

What is OLIS
The Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS) is an electronic system that gives authorized health care providers access to patient lab test orders and results from hospitals and community labs.
Who can access OLIS
Any community-based physician or nurse practitioner using an OntarioMD-certified EMR can get OLIS.
