These notes can be reviewed and edited by the healthcare provider. Heidi AI Scribe is a PHIPA-compliant digital scribe solution that supports clinical documentation through high-quality notes. Data is stored securely within Canada, and the company is currently working toward full integration with EMR systems. This solution was selected by a committee of local physicians for its outstanding value in enhancing efficiency and the quality of clinical notes.

Unlimited Licenses Available

KLH-OHT’s investment includes unlimited licenses for primary care team members for a calendar year commencing Jan 1 2025, so we encourage all interested team members to take advantage of this tool.

Creating your account

Check Your Email: You will receive an email invite to join Heidi.

Click on the link in the email to create your account. This will automatically place you in the KLHOHT team.

Upon logging in for the first time, you will be sent a verification code to your email to set up your password. Please note that this email may end up in your spam folder.

If you have already created an account: 

  1. Download the Heidi App:  click this link to download the Heidi Desktop and Mobile App. 
  2. Using Heidi in Your Browser: You can also run Heidi from your browser here, but we recommend the Desktop App for a smoother experience and easier troubleshooting.
