What is OTN?

OTN ( Ontario Telemedicine Network) connects patients and clinicians through secure virtual care. All virtual care appointments are supported by a Registered Nurse and specialized equipment. The goal is to make health care accessible, convenient, and effective—anywhere in Ontario.

What is coordinated Access/ How does it work?

Coordinated Access is a streamlined process developed by OTN coordinators and KLH-OHT staff to simplify virtual care appointments. Specialists have a single point of contact, and the coordinator works directly with patients to identify the most suitable location for their OTN appointment. This patient-centered approach ensures individuals receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
